HOW TO USE MUDS. You can use muds in different ways: these ere the most practical.
Spread the mud with wood or plastic tool or with hands (NEVER use metallic tools), on cooking paper or pack paper you have cut big as you need.
Apply on the interested body part with the mud on your skin.
You can apply mud directly on your skin then you must cover it with paper or cotton tissue, wear elastic short pants to keep mud in contact of your skin, then you can use other pants or a blanket to keep warm the body part you are treating. Keep on the mud from 20 to 60 minutes. The time depends from the consinstence of the problem you are treating. Have a shower and apply an hydrating cream.
